Blocked airbnb integration (header access expired)

If you need to change your airbnb account credentials and/or add new accommodations, the integration will go in bulk. You will see the words "block" (header access expired) highlighted in red, on the Vikey dashboard in the section "Integrations":

In order to unlock the integration of airbnb, you can follow the steps below:

  • Do not cancel the blocked integration;

  • Make a new integration using the credentials of the listing owner for the apartment you will be connecting to Vikey as follows:

  • Select "Administration" from the left menu and then "Integrations".

  • By clicking on the "Add integration" button choose the Airbnb logo;

  • After completing the procedure, a screen will appear, like the one below where you should see next to each apartment the words "No connection active!" or "No connection"

Don’t go on!

  • When you get to these screens, chat with us directly from your dashboard and we will unlock it.

N.B: Do not proceed with the connection of the structure, but leave next to each box the inscription "no connection" or that "no connection active". If you proceed with the configuration without writing to us, double bookings will be generated and your guests will receive double communications.
