What happens if Booking.com has blocked the links and no longer makes them visible?

Here are a few simple steps to follow if Booking.com has hidden or removed the links in messages.

  1. Open your Booking extranet.

  2. Go to the Property section.

  3. Click on Message preferences.

  4. Go to the messaging security settings.

  5. Enter the email [email protected] and the domain https://guest.vikey.it.

You can also add the domain of your own links.

By following these steps, these URLs will be unblocked in Booking.com messaging, so the link received by the guest will be visible and clickable.
