How to update prices from the calendar
To update prices, go to Calendar in the dashboard menu:
Go to the tableau of the apartment for which you want to change prices, open ‘rate plan list’ and click on the date you are interested in:
Now the screen for changing the rate will be visible (you also have the option of changing other things such as minimum stay, closing sales, etc.).
Set the new value and click on save, this will update the price for the individual date.
You can also select a date range on the previous screen to make a multi-day change.

To update availability, go to Calendar in the dashboard menu:
Go to the tableau of the facility for which you want to change prices, open ‘price plan list’ and click on the date you are interested in where you will find the green dot if available or the red dot if already occupied:
Now that the availability screen has opened, you can choose whether the facility is available or not.
Once the change has been made, click on ‘save’ and the availability will be updated:

To view the monthly calendar of a facility, go to Calendar in the left-hand menu:
In the top left-hand corner select which flat you want to see:
Once you have selected your flat, you will get the monthly view:
If you want to change the availability, click on this icon on the date:
If you want to change the price, click in the top right on Price/Availability Settings and then click on the ‘price’ icon :
Click on edit and update the price:
Once the price has been changed, click on ‘Save’.

Go to the calendar on the left in the menu
There can be four states of the online check in of a reservation:
Not required: you have not requested your guest to send you any documents or any payments.
Not executed: Your guest has not yet completed the entire online check in process.
Waiting for confirmation: The guest is waiting for your confirmation of the documents; you can confirm the documents within the reservation in the ‘documents and bureaucracy’ section.
Confirmed: the guest has completed everything you requested and you have confirmed the documents

To create a reservation from the calendar, hold down the arrival and departure dates with the mouse:
Once you have selected the dates, the screen for filling in the booking data opens, with the arrival and departure dates already selected.
Complete the booking details with those of your guest.
Remember to enable email communication to automatically send messages to your guest.
If you want to request documents, remember to enable document sending.
Once you have completed your booking, click on ‘save.’

To update prices in bloc from the calendar, click on Calendar in the menu on the left.
Now click on ‘bulk update’.
Now that the window below has opened, you can decide what you want to change, e.g. rate, minimum stay, sales closure etc.
Once you have set the parameters you want to change, select for which facilities you want to make the changes, then click on save.
