If you have a last-minute reservation, to ensure it is immediately displayed on the
Vikey dashboard and the guest receives all the necessary information to check in, please follow the procedure below: - click on ‘Administration’ and then on ‘Integrations’ -
select the profile of the property you want, then click the ‘Import reservation’ button in the top right-hand corner
Wait until the green message ‘Operation completed’ appears in the top right-hand corner
After a few moments, the reservation will appear on the dashboard and the guest will receive all the messages you have set up.
