In this guide, we’ll explain how to create a photo carousel for your guests.
Go to my.vikey.it, click on Apartments --> Content, and scroll down to the carousel
By enabling the carousel, you make it easier for your guests to access information and details about your property.
You can create up to 10 steps, each with:
1) a title
2) a photo
3) a description
If you’re populating the carousel, we recommend removing the text you’ve entered in the ‘description’ field so that the two sections don’t overlap.

Go to Apartments > select the apartment you want and go to the Content section
Scroll down until you reach the Carousel:
Start by adding the first Step.
You’ll be asked to provide a photo title, a description, and a photo:
Note: Translations are not automatic; be sure to translate the text into the languages you use for your guests.
Example of the steps:
Once you've created all the steps needed to guide your guests to the front door, you can preview them by clicking on "Show Carousel."
Your guests will be able to scroll through and view all the steps you've created in the welcome link, allowing you to guide them remotely all the way to their room without having to be physically present at the property!

If you wish, you can import a room’s carousel configuration so that you don’t have to recreate everything from scratch, but can simply edit a few steps.
To do this, open the ‘Content’ section at my.vikey.it --> ‘Apartment’ and select the property you’re interested in.
Click on ‘Content’, scroll down to the carousel and click on the ‘Import’ button
Then search for or select the option you want to copy, and click on ‘Confirm Import’
If you don’t want to use the carousel, don’t worry – if you leave it blank, it won’t appear in your guest’s app!
